El concepto fue la utilización de formas geométricas y lineas curvas que armonizara el diseño, así como la utilización de piedras y texturas para contrastar las fachadas. Cuenta con un área de construcción de 1,250 m² en tres subniveles, siendo el acceso principal el mas elevado dado que el terreno presentaba un declive de 18 metros, y una superficie de terreno de 1,600 m². Su construcción fue a cargo de otra firma de arquitectura por asignación del cliente.
