Se trata de una proyecto campestre residencial diseñado sobre un terreno de 3,000.00 m². Cuenta con 3 módulos de edificios que son: residencial, recreativo y servicios. Una palapa de estilo moderno-industrial para reuniones al aire libre junto a una alberca y jacuzzi. Un área de asador y juegos recreativos, áreas verdes con naturaleza nativa de la región. El área de construcción es de 800.00 m². La primer intención del cliente fue solicitar elementos que impactaran al cruzar el gran portón de acceso desde la calle, para sorprender a la visual humana, por lo cual se diseño en base a arquitectura minimalista y en tono blanco con toques de piedra en las fachadas y andadores.
